For the last four years, I have been at the helm of a community interest company, called Fertility Matters at Work which is on a mission to ensure fertility is recognised in the workplace. November 2024 was an epic month for us we hosted The F Word at Work Live summit at our client Deutsche Bank. It was a UK-first event designed specifically for HR and wellbeing professionals focused on fertility and employee support strategies. Our attendees raved about it as they gained invaluable insights on fostering psychological safety, recognising diverse experiences, and navigating fertility-related legislation – equipping them to make meaningful change within their organisations.
It was so much work, as we’re a tiny team, yet SO worth it and on the day we were in our element, bringing together our extensive community of experts and colleagues willing to share lived experience in a panel setting and I loved hosting the conversations.
