Do we need a voiceover? Here’s why using one can help.. you see, you might not always think of using a voiceover to explain something, but there is a reason why the explainer videos exist. Yep to explain the thing you want to sell.
Sometimes it can be such an effective way to help get your message across that you can’t believe you didn’t think of it sooner and it doesn’t have to take too long to make happen. Especially if you’ve created something cool you are trying to get out to the world, but your normal advertising or marketing plan hasn’t included it and it becomes an afterthought.
Making videos showing people how to use something like this elearning guide is an insightful way to give a demo of your product and add some personality to it. Fertility Matters at Work is a new business I am co-founder of so it was a real joy to get to voice something I’ve been part of producing and having an insight into how we can get content out there to help people understand what they have access to is also so valuable.
One thing to consider when you are thinking about making more video content and having the budget chats is the usage which is the bain of a lot of voiceovers life, as it is something we are always having to remind clients of. Just like you’d expect to license music, images etc when creating your content a voiceover works in the same way, so please do consider this the next time you are looking at bringing things to life with a voice. I’ll be quoting it so we can always talk it through and the more you are expecting it, the better.
To talk more about how we can work together just drop me a line and I’d love to say hello to you on the gram if you like hanging out there x
